How we work

Methodology

At Ayaval we recommend the XSCALE agile methodology for taking client assignments forward. From initiation to design, parameterisation, implementation, and final handover, XSCALE is a proven way to deliver small and large projects. However, we tailor our approach to suit the client expectation, not the other way round.

We are experienced in all the major methodologies and approaches. From Prince II to the Swiss HERMES certification for public sector projects, it’s fair to say we’ve seen it all. Just tell us what works best for you.

Project Initiation

The project initiation phase involves all preparatory tasks required to start the project (setup of the project team and of the project working environment).

Analysis and Design

During the analysis & design phase, the project team identifies relevant documentation and based on it analyses, prioritises and documents business requirements. The system architecture, describing the interfaces, the data migration processes and the systems operation concept will also be defined at this time.

Parameterisation and Implementation

During the parameterisation and implementation phase all the requirements will be implemented.

Testing and Training

In the testing and training phase the results of the implementation phase are checked against the relevant use cases. The results of the data migration are also validated. This phase ends with sign-offs of all use cases.

Transition

The produced documents will be handed over to the client at the end of each project.
